Third panel in a 21 ft. long triptych commissioned by the California Medical Association.  This series of pieces take their conceptual inspiration from the Greek myth of the 3 Fates, or the Moirai, symbolized as three sisters who weave the thread of life. The third fate represents end of life where the threads are cut from the tapestry of time. Here polychromatic threads that flow from the previous panel. The second panel (not pictured) was completed by in collaboration with artist Micah Crandall Bear. The text written specifically for the piece plays on metaphors of weaving in a narrative that explores questions of free will vs predetermination.
